To ensure a relaxing and respectful environment for all guests, please take a moment to read our policies:

Appointments- We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

Arrival Time- Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for check-in and a brief consultation.

Late Arrivals- Arriving late may reduce your treatment time to avoid delays for the next guest.

Cancellations & No-Shows- We require at least 2 hour’s notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 2 hour’s notice or no-shows will incur a 20% fee of the booked service.

Health Conditions- Kindly inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy prior to your appointment, so we can customise your treatment safely.

Code of Conduct- We maintaining a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behaviour, including sexual advance or requests for services, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate refusal of service.

Privacy Policy- Your personal information provided is kept strictly confidential and used only for spa services, private health fund claims(if applicable), and booking management.
